A.L.D is joint venture between two companies Elco Contracting & Services (1973) Ltd., Subsidiary of Elco holding group and Lesico Ltd., private company that involve in environment projects in Israel and Europe. The company was founded in 1999. A.L.D. and Tahal Group acquired Palgey-Maim Ltd., during 2005. A.L.D. manages, operates and maintains wastewater treatment plants and other facilities in environmental field: Operating sewage pumping stations, brine terminal for industrial uses near Haifa.
